We have the facilities and equipment, and we have the staff. We appreciate how difficult it is to carve out time in a busy life. The YMCA is proud to provide quality exercise equipment and classes for adult fitness. However, before initiating any exercise program, the YMCA recommends that the member should obtain a complete physical examination from a medical doctor, and enlist the aid of the doctor in developing an exercise program suitable for the member’s current health status.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
NEW! What a concept! Create a class designed for your fitness goals. Join our high-intensity full body workout in just one hour. This class is supervised by trainers in a friendly atmosphere with great motivational music. It is open to beginners, intermediates, and advance exercisers. This class incorporates 12 alternating cardiovascular and strength stations. Maximum class size is 12.
STEP
A high intensity class, low impact workout using a step. Burn calories and shape muscles with this excellent cardiovascular exercise. Choreography is generally beginning to intermediate. The class includes a warm-up, 30-40 minute step and a cool down.
BODY PUMP
These 45-60 minute workouts use dumbbells with varying weights. Appealing to both men and women, it is an ideal workout for beginners and experienced exercisers.
YOGA
For those individuals who are used to a group exercise setting. Move fluidly through postures as the flow of your breath deepens your mind/body connection. The movements combine stretching and strengthening to increase flexibility and relax your body.
BEGINNING STEP
It is a moderate intensity and always low-impact. It’s a great way to get started if you are new to step aerobics. Choreography is appropriate for beginners , so you are sure to catch on.

Silver Sneakers is the perfect class for older adults and rehap exercisers looking
to improve their strength for daily activities. As a participant, you'll feel good and have fun while moving through avariety of exercises designed to increase strength, balance, range of motion, endurance and physical skills required for daily living.
