Low Impact Fitness Experience is the perfect class for seniors or anyone who is looking to improve strength, endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss,
and help you retain your independence. Utilizing bands, hand weights, and body bars you will improve muscle tone with effective strength training
techiniques. You are going to be amazed with the improvements you'll make in your flexibility, balance and coordination.
Classes are held at the Maple Hill YMCA Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00-11:00 AM
