Joints In Motion!

A water exercise program designed to improve balance, agility, and muscular fitness.
Swimmers and non swimmers alike can take part in this type of exercise,
while at the same time being a part of a fun, social evironment.

Classes held at the Maple Hill YMCA in the Pool
