Get In Shape Together
Helping you become healthier in spirit, mind and body is fundamental to the mission of the Y. We have a wide range of offerings provided by highly trained professionals. After receiving your free personalized fitness orientation, you can use our fully equipped Fitness Center or attend many different group exercise classes. We offer programs for all ages and abilities. We also provide specialized programs to improve your overall wellness.
Feel Healthier, Be Stronger- Our certified personal trainers will help you maximize your potential with an individualized program design and one-on-one or group instruction and motivation. Cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training and basic nutritional guidance are all included in this one hour session.
Wellness Works is a free, customized wellness program-fitness analysis, fitness coaching, nutriton counseling and continuing education-tailored to your needs. It provides a blueprint for balanced living to all Y members ages 13 and up. This program is FREE to members.
Coming In January
The Youth Orientation has been designed to introduce youth ages 9-13 to work out safely using selected equipment, free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Proper weight room demeanor will be discussed. Program participants will be taught the proper use of cables, attachments and collars. Upon completion of the course, youth ages 11-13 will be able to access the fitness center without a parent/guardian present. Youth ages 9 and 10 are required to have a parent/guardian present during workout.
