The YMCA is the nation's largest provider of child care. We provide high-quality and affordable programs that are family-centered and values-based to nurture children's healthy development. Our preschool and school-age child care programs encourage family involvement through special events, newsletters, parent advisory committees, and volunteers in the classrooms.

The programs are state licensed, and all staff meet or exceed licensing regulations for background checks, education and experience. Whether you child needs preschool or school-age care, we emphasize values such as caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Like all Y programs, child care is open to all, with financial assistance available.
Financial Assistance
Every day the YMCA of the Pomona Valley offers quality afforable programs and services designed to benefit poeple of all income and backgrounds. The YMCA uses contributed funds to ensure that those unable to pay stated fees can participate. Scholarship assisitance is given based on the demonsstrated ability to pay and the YMCA's ability to subsidize funding. Al records are kept confidential.
