A Great Way To Make A Splash
The Aquatic Department at the Pomona Valley YMCA provides a wide range of programs. We have programs that provide benefits for you no matter what your interest or skill level may be. Our swim lessons begin with children (age 3) and continue to advanced swim classes. The water aerobics class is a great way for seniors to stay healthy and fit. Our water volleyball program gives any adult a chance to play a competitive game in a non-competitive environment. Recreational swim times are for kids of all ages to come and play. And our lap swim sessions are an opportunity to work out on your own.
